Registration

The following participation fees are valid for registrations:

• €1200 – Representatives of private companies
  
  
• €1000 – Representatives of public sector, NGO’s, academia etc.

Stakeholders’ Day participants:

• €900 – 2 day participation
  
  
• €600 – 1 day participation
  
  
• VAT 22 % is included in all registration fees.
  All registrants will be invoiced in EUR.
  
  

Your registration fee covers:

             Access to all presentations and panel discussions

             Lunch and coffee breaks

             Dinner programme during the conference

The on-line registration has now closed. If your payment is not yet settled, you can settle it on site with wiith your credit card.

Traffic connections

From the city centre trams number 7A, 7B, and 9. By train only five minutes from the city centre. All trains stop at Pasila station (300 m walk). The airport is 13 kilometres away and can be reached in 15 by car. There is a taxi rank in front of the entrance.


Sending a replacement

Please register the person who will attend the conference in your place at www.helsinkicf.eu and note “replaces (your name) who will no longer attend” in the comment field.

We will then activate the new registration, deactivate your registration and transfer your payment (if already submitted).
